Karen-Lee Cooke is the principal of the White Rose Beauty Colleges, which is today the largest beauty and holistic therapies training provider in the UK, with nine centres in Manchester, Leeds, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Sheffield, Derby and Chesterfield.
Career Overview
White Rose Beauty Colleges was first founded in 1996, with Karen-Lee having headed up the training provider as principal since its inception. She has led the provider to an “Outstanding” Ofsted rating in its most recent inspection, with the college group now among the highest performing in the country.
As principal, Karen-Lee oversees training provision to more than 2,000 learners a year within the group’s cutting-edge facilities. The college group also works with all the major awarding bodies and its a "Centre of Excellence" with ITEC, a "Flagship Centre" with VTCT and a Habia "Centre of Expertise".
