Wilkinson returns to The Leaders Council

The Leaders Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is delighted to announce that we will be holding another event with Jonny Wilkinson on Thursday 23rd November 2023.

Coming twenty years after Wilkinson’s Rugby World Cup success, the event will see the renowned sportsman sharing his philosophy on health, happiness and living in the moment.

As the host of the popular I Am podcast, Wilkinson is unafraid to speak candidly about the challenges he has faced and the lessons he has learnt along the way. Having achieved everything he dreamed of achieving at such a young age, Wilkinson found himself lost and uncertain of what to do next. He then had to deal with a succession of injuries and setbacks as the realisation dawned on him that his rugby career, no matter how impressive, was not going to bring him the happiness he craved.

After years of soul searching, he now has a fantastic and inspirational outlook on life that will resonate with anyone who has pushed themselves to achieve goals. At the event, Wilkinson will be happy to meet and greet attendees and take questions from the floor.

The event will also provide attendees, all of whom will be leadership figures, with the chance to interact with and learn from each other.
