The Leaders council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is delighted to announce that we will shortly be hosting a roundtable discussion with senior leaders from a variety of sectors to discuss the workforce of the future.

The discussion, which will be held at the Caledonian Club in Belgravia, will touch on various topics including:

  1. The root causes and effects of the skills shortage.
  2. The successes and failures of apprenticeship schemes.
  3. The link between education and industry.
  4. How the workforce may change over the next ten years.

The findings from the discussion will be form the basis of a forthcoming special report, which will be shared with relevant figures in parliament.

Roundtable discussions such as these are increasingly important in today's fast-paced, complex and interconnected business world. Such discussions provide a unique platform for leaders to collaborate, share their perspectives, and make collective decisions that can drive the progress of their respective organisations and the wider community.

They are an important tool for collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and decision-making. They provide a valuable platform for leaders to engage in strategic planning, foster teamwork, encourage open communication, share their perspectives, and make informed decisions that can drive progress and innovation in their respective fields.

If you are a Leaders Council member and you would like to attend, please contact your account manager. For non-members, these discussions are invitation-only but feel free to get in touch to express an interest.
