Career Overview

Victoria joined Resource as its first Chief Executive, having spent the majority of her career in leadership positions within a pharmaceutical marketing consultancy. 

Victoria has a depth of expertise in recruitment, on-boarding, resource management, people development and training.

In August 2021, Victoria appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on their career to date.
