Venu Nair is the founder of ORM Accounting Services, a medium-sized accountancy firm based across the UK and India.

Career Overview

Prior to launching ORM Accounting Services, Venu worked as an accountant for a range of notable clients, including Sony, Acer and NFK. Under Venu’s leadership, ORM Accounting Services has grown considerably since then and is now responsible for the provision of accounting services to 1,600 limited customers, and a further 1,500 self-employed customers. Its workforce has also extended from one other employee in its first year of trading to 20 people now, five of whom work in the UK with the remainder operating in India.
