He is also owner and founder of his own renewables business, Greenerator GmbH, and specialises in consulting on heat pump and systems integration at Carnot Consulting UG.

Career Overview

Having started his career in Paderborn as a member of and later vice-president of marketing for AIESEC, Nowak joined the European Heat Pump Association in 2006, before also joining the board of the Renewable Heating and Cooling Platform three years later. Nowak started Greenerator in 2009, which operates in the North-Rhine Westphalia region of Germany. In June 2022, Nowak appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on his career to date.

Education

Nowak is an alumnus of Paderborn University in Germany, where he attained a Diploma in Economics and Business Administration. He has since completed a certificate in Design Thinking & Creativity in Business with INSEAD and a Public Policy Analysis certificate at the London School of Economics [LSE].
