Sug Sahadevan is the Founder & Group Chief Executive Officer of Testhouse.

Sug started his working career as an Electronics Engineer with GCHQ, Cheltenham and gradually progressed into programme management while working for Digital Equipment Corporation, Bank of America, Centrica and Deutsche Bank.

Career Overview

Since the company was started in 2000 the company has grown from an IT risk assessment firm and now includes defect detection and prevention, lifecycle quality assurance, predictive modelling, risk mitigation and quality control, under the umbrella of Total Quality Management, as well as DevOps. 

Sug started his working career as an Electronics Engineer with GCHQ, Cheltenham and gradually progressed into programme management while working for Digital Equipment Corporation, Bank of America, Centrica and Deutsche Bank. He founded Testhouse in 2000 and currently focuses on its global expansion. Sug is involved in a number of charitable and CSR activities. Sug holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Ulster at Coleraine, Northern Ireland.

In August 2021, Sug appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on their career to date.
