Under Nikky’s leadership, Neasden College has established a strong reputation as an independent teacher training college committed to providing standard support and training to individuals looking to delve into teaching as a career.
A seasoned technocrat and serial business entrepreneur, Nikky is well trained in adult education and experienced in the internal framework development from primary curriculum to college establishment. She is a qualified lecturer and overall project consultant who has worked with many states in Nigeria and in Europe to help their infrastructural development. Her expertise ranges from teaching, training, funding, bidding, primary, secondary to college framework development.
Nikky has worked as a special adviser on health to the Imo state governor in Nigeria, and hosted her own programme on ION TV, a popular African media outlet.
In May 2022, Nikky appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on her career to date.
