Matthew gained registration with the Department for International Trade and offer specialist mortgage advice to British expats. He also formed a strategic partnership with an overseas finance specialist to provide expat services to many of the UK’s largest financial services firms.

Matthew championed a new broking model in 2010 allowing for advice to be provided on direct-to-consumer mortgage deals in an era of dual-pricing by the banks. Led fourteen Advisers, one Commodities Broker and three Administrators - conducting appraisals on a one-to-one basis and delivering coaching and training. Managed all areas of compliance, including apportionment and oversight, sales management and marketing, and successfully guided the company through an FSA Treating Customers Fairly audit.
