Career Overview

Neaves is a specialist career coach and is the director, and owner at Scion Mastery, formerly known as Angloslav Education, having taken over the business in 2003.

The company is the leading provider of guardianship, educational advisory services, and career coaching for foreign students from Europe, Russia, Latin America, the United States and the Commonwealth of Independent States [CIS] living within the United Kingdom.

Early Life & Education

Neaves grew up in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, exposed to a melting pot of different cultures, religions and ethnicities, and relishes working with international clientele. She is proficient in several languages including Russian, Czech, English, and Hebrew.

Neaves is a qualified engineer, earning a degree from the Metallurgical State University of Dnipropetrovsk and holds a Higher National Diploma in Business from the New York University of Prague. Other qualifications include a Barefoot Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching.

She is well versed in the field of Gestalt therapy and esteemed by clients for her perception and business expertise.

Angloslav Education

Angloslav Education was first founded in 1993, based in Belgravia, central London. Neaves took over the company in what was her first business venture in 2003 and brought innovative thinking to the business, instilling a compassionate and committed leadership style.

Neaves and her staff have since helped over one hundred students on their way to achieving their academic and professional goals, with Angloslav clients going on to achieve success both at undergraduate and postgraduate level academically. They have also gone on to be directed towards premier job opportunities thanks to the guidance of Neaves and her dedicated team, with many students moving onto roles not only across the UK but also as far afield as Dubai, Prague, France and Italy.

Neaves specialises in encouraging young people to develop their positive qualities into personalised and creative skillsets to allow them to thrive in competitive settings. She is adept at training her staff to offer the optimum quality of service to clients, keeping them to up to date on knowledge concerning the fields of British and international education.

In 2011, Neaves acquired PCP, the company which owned the lease to Angloslav’s London premises.

Scion Mastery re-brand

After two decades of the Angloslav name nurturing the next generation, the company underwent a rebrand in 2018 to better reflect its approach. The new name was inspired by the word ‘scion’, which is an inheritor of learning rather than wealth.

In June 2018, Scion Mastery was invited by Lord Pickles to act as a representative for the 2018/19 edition of The Parliamentary Review, sharing its best practice as a learning tool to individuals within the public and private sector.

As of August 2020, Scion Mastery is continuing to operate despite the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, and is in the process of developing an online platform where parents and students can access courses for therapeutic programmes.
