Career Overview

Dee established the business in 1985 with the aim of providing a homely environment which allows individuals freedom of choice and control over their own lives, with support where appropriate.

Baronsmede has gone from strength to strength and today operates two homes, Baronesmede and The Old Haybard, which have continually received “Good” ratings from the Care Quality Commission and has always provided high quality living for individuals.

In February 2020 Dee appeared on an episode of the Leaders Council podcast where he discussed the importance of leadership and the qualities it requires in running a successful business.
