Leadership coach Tracy Clark to hold free masterclass in December

Multiplier mindset and leadership coach, Tracy Clark, is holding a free masterclass on December 6, 2022, targeted at founders, CEO and leaders who are willing to invest in themselves and learn the three steps that will help them lead, scale, and achieve sustainable growth with confidence.

The masterclass will start from 09:00 GMT on Tuesday December 6 and - in Clark’s own words – will help empower leaders to explore and implement the core elements that will “enable deep roots” and deliver results.

Clark commented: “Every founder should invest in themselves, since it is the one investment that yields the highest ROI and will be the most important and best investment that they could ever make.

“Your company starts with you, your ideas, your leadership, your levels of innovation, your impact, your energy. Everything you are and everything you do impacts your clients and your team. You’re the one who can increase engagement and trust level and attract investors or partners.”

However, as Clark explained, this masterclass aims to go deeper than that.

“Investing in upgrading your own mindset and identity is key. Because they are the root to achieving big, bold goals, creating stronger connections within your industry and making the type of impact you truly want,” she said.

To illustrate why investing in mindset and identity is fundamental, Clark draws upon the anecdote of a group of scientists working on an experiment called the ‘Biosphere.’ The scientists wanted to create a lush, perfect garden in the middle of the desert where nothing else can grow, and while they enjoyed initial success the venture soon hit the buffers.

“At first, the trees started to shoot up and it all seemed to be pointing towards a successful project. Slowly though, as the trees reached a certain level of growth, they fell”, Clark retold.

“As imaginable, the scientists were perplexed. No matter how many trees they planted, the result was always the same, so they naturally wondered why this was happening and what they could do to stop it.

“Then one day, they realised that what they thought were the ‘perfect conditions’ for a tree to thrive, were in fact not perfect at all: in a normal garden, a tree encounters stress factors and environmental challenges, aka the elements, that impact its growth. In their experiment, the scientists had completely failed to include these elements.”

Clark continued: “One of the primary environmental challenges for a tree is the wind - which greatly contributes to how a tree develops. When the wind blows, the tree responds by naturally forcing its roots deeper into the ground and making them stronger to counteract the impact.

“Once those strong, deep roots are in place, they give the tree the strength, stability, and nourishment for it to thrive and become sustainable, lasting for decades or even centuries. The shallow roots found in the trees of Biosphere instead were simply too weak to sustain the weight of the growing trees.”

Just as the trees need deep and strong roots to survive and thrive, Clark highlights that business leaders need to make sure that they do, too.

“Mindset and identity are your roots. You need to invest in understanding and learning how to intentionally deepen and strengthen them,” she explained.

“From my experience, once founders focus on this process, they achieve explosive and sustainable results. They develop companies that truly impact society and the planet. They hit high levels of profit growth for their business.

“When your mindset and identity are strong and deeply rooted in who you are and how you show up, you become a true leader of yourself and others. You create an inner knowing and belief in yourself, in your product or service and your team. Suddenly, your results multiply, you secure high performance teams, and you know how to create the conditions that will attract investors, who can feel your strength and fully believe in what you want to achieve.”

Any individuals who wish to make themselves leaders with strong roots can sign up to the free masterclass here.

Clark said: “This masterclass is the perfect opportunity to strategically think about what you can do to multiply your impact, increase your fulfilment and find the greater success you seek. It will form the starting point of knowing how to invest in your future self and make 2023 the year with the biggest ROI yet.”
