Yvonne Clarke MBE is co-founder and managing director of Pathways Community Interest Company, an award-winning social enterprise aimed at developing innovative solutions to create social change. It aims to support individuals, health and social care professionals, communities, and businesses, and looks to promote sustainable change through a range of services.

Career Overview

As well as having helped establish Pathways in 2006, Yvonne has worked for the NHS for more than 20 years. Her work has been recognised by the Worldwide Who's Who of Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs, who recognised her professional integrity, longevity, outstanding achievement in the field of reducing health inequalities and innumerable contributions to society.

Yvonne has previously worked as associate director for learning and development at St George’s Hospital in Stafford, co-director of human resources at Wolverhampton Health Care NHS Trust, and led the award-winning employment and health workstream for Wolverhampton Health Action Zone.
