Career Overview

Tim is a 26-year-old award-winning marketer and CMO who specialises in Social Media Marketing, Acquisition Strategy and Brand Strategy. He is also a proficient public speaker.

Tim has pioneered the top nine most engaged live streams by a brand, and strategised and executed marketing plans for crowdfunding initiatives that have gone on to raise six and seven-figure funds. He also comes from a sporting background, having featured in the England U19 and U21 lacrosse teams.

At the age of 18, Tim started his journey at the LADbible, and secured its ‘Employee of the Year’ accolade at the tender age of 19 for taking LADbible’s Facebook page from 1.8 million likes to 10 million likes in just ten months.

Tim went on to become campaign lead for Social Chain shortly thereafter, devising, pitching and executing effective Social Media campaigns for notable brands such as Eurosport, Ford, ASOS, Puma and Spotify.

He launched his own Social Media Marketing agency, TWH Media, in September 2017. His company specialises in helping businesses scale up online through his own unique methodology. The business, which is entering its fourth year, is currently enjoying year-on-year growth of 400 per cent, which has persisted even throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. This has been fuelled by Tim’s emphasis on helping companies grow through exposure via online media channels, and his company has invested more than £50 million into Facebook and Instagram advertising for clients which has generated into over one billion views of organic content.

Tim is currently working on growing the presence of his business in the Middle East region, and has been working closely with Emirati Royalty on some of their brands and ventures. He has also recently become a shareholder in the Jersey and Caribbean Lottery after doubling their revenue in three months with his marketing expertise.

Current clients of Tim’s business include numerous high-profile US and Canada based companies, and he played a major role in raising $1 million in funds for Canadian tech company, Trufan, of which he is a founding member and CMO.
