Stacey Mitchell is the CEO of AllCare Community Support, a provider of day support, respite and individual residential flat services in Norwich. We have a 4 bedroom residential house in Mundesley overlooking the sea for two men. We are always wanting to expand and looking for our next step in helping people.

Career Overview

Stacey established AllCare Community Support in 2014 while on maternity leave from her job. She felt empowered to use her free time to give back to the local community and it was this drive that led to the organisation being founded.

Half a decade later under Stacey’s leadership they have succeeded in doing just that. Working to provide local provision for people with behaviour of concern, AllCare soon outgrew its initial intention, and continues to grow to this day. At the outset, it hosted sessions once a week at a local Guides hut for three people but as awareness of the service grew, Stacey adapted its provision and developed AllCare into something greater.

In November 2015, AllCare moved to the heart of Cromer where it could provide more specialised support. In September 2016, the organisation had to move again into a much bigger building. It now occupies a large property, complete with a swimming pool and three acres of land and has registered with the CQC.
