Randeep Reehal is the founder and managing director of The Pink Garage Company, which focuses on training women to enter the motor trade. Randeep is also operations director at Courtwood Car Services, a family-run vehicle maintenance business.
Career Overview
Over its 40 years in operation, Courtwoods has built a reputation for being female friendly and this is an approach that Randeep continued ever since entering the business in 2000. It was in 2014 that Randeep established The Pink Garage Company as a training arm to encourage more women into the motor industry, to empower and inspire women in a traditionally male-dominated field.
In her early career, Randeep experienced working in sales for telecoms specialist O2 at their Uxbridge branch. It is in the local area of Uxbridge where her own businesses are proudly based today.
