Career Overview

Polly joined Shelter in August 2017 from Women’s Aid, where she was Chief Executive. Previously, she was Executive Director of External Relations and Communications at Action for Children, one of the UK’s largest charities.

In October 2021, Polly appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on their career to date.
