Paul Rogers is Managing Director of Ocura Healthcare Furniture at their Southern base in Paddock Wood, Kent.  Ocura's purpose is to listen, understand and collaborate with caring staff to transform healthcare environments so they can improve the outcome for patients and make a difference to their lives and those of their families. Over the last 40 years, they have worked in partnership with the NHS and private hospitals to help support their staff and make sure patients and their families are comfortable and cared for during their time in hospital. They use their years of experience, knowledge and expertise to help transform healthcare environments with their healthcare products.

Career Overview

Paul is a business leader with many years of experience in the furniture industry. He first joined Ocura in April 2017, working in sales management. He retains those responsibilities today, balancing them with his General Manager role.

Paul is well-versed in sales management roles, having held such positions with Tubular Furniture [1996-1998] and KM Office Furniture [1998-2001], as well as heading up Aylesford based KCS Furniture for two-and-a-half years [2013-2015]. Between 2015 and 2017, Paul also sat as a director for Rhubarb Solutions, a seating manufacturer based in Thame.

Public Sector Work

Between 2001 and 2013, Paul gained valuable experience working in the public sector for Kent County Council as a Business Manager.
