Martin Gough is the Managing Director of CALGAVIN which has, for over 35 years, provided heat transfer solutions to new designs of heat exchangers and problematic heat exchangers in the field.

Career Overview

Martin founded CALGAVIN in 1980 and has seen it grow into a leading light of the sector and British manufacturing. Based in the heart of the United Kingdom in Warwickshire, Cal Gavin’s reputation precedes itself with representatives across the planet.

In 2019, Martin became the President of the UK Heat Transfer Society at their 55th formal dinner at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London. The society aims to promote all aspects of heat transfer and associated equipment by enabling engineers, designers, and researchers in any area of activity involving those aspects, to meet and discuss subjects of common interest.

In January 2020, Martin Gough appeared in a Leaders Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the role it has played in his career and how he has used those qualities to lead CALGAVIN and turn it into the international success that it is today.
