Lender & Court Services

Notable Achievements

  • Runner up in the Best Paralegal Business category at the National Paralegal Awards 2019
Luke Memory is the founder of Lender & Court Services,a firm which offers mediation and legal assistance to those facing home repossession or looking to set aside county court judgments.

Luke is an extensively experienced figure in the legal sector, having worked in the industry for more than 15 years.

Career Overview

Luke is a qualified Paralegal and member of the Institute of Paralegals (IOP). He is also listed as a Regulated Paralegal on the Paralegal Professional Register (PPR) and is authorised to instruct Barristers by the Bar Standards Board.

Before becoming a qualified Paralegal, Luke's background was in delivering outsourced solutions to the legal, financial and professional services sector and this has provided him with great insight into how legal services are delivered. This period saw him work in senior roles for business including LBM, Data Captain, and Revival Possession Solutions.

Upon realising how poor at actually “helping people” legal firms were for the most part, he decided to create a service that was more accessible, more flexible, and gave everyone access to justice for a reasonable fixed fee.

He enjoys seeing good reviews come in from clients and is proud to see his team grow and develop. These efforts have been recognised in the form of Lender & Court Services being named runners up in the National Paralegal Awards 2019 in the category of Best Paralegal Business.

Outside of work, Luke and his family have been local authority Foster Carers for several years. In his spare time, he is a regular runner, F.A. Registered football referee and a qualified scuba diver. Cornwall is among his favourite holiday destinations and he enjoys the simple side of life, such as going for a Sunday pub lunch with family, when away from the pressures of the office.

Education

Luke attended Newhall Green High School between1984 and 1989. Upon leaving, he completed A Levels in Art, Graphic Design and Design Technology at The Manchester College.

Since 2015, Lender & Court Services has offered mediation and legal assistance to individuals facing home repossession or looking to set aside county court judgments. Rather than representing clients in court, they endeavour to inform the individuals so they can navigate the process themselves. The business prides itself on providing solutions through mediation rather than litigation, focusing on a personalised client service. Although this approach has proven successful to date, managing director Luke Memory, is hoping to diversify the company offering even further.Read more →
