Heather Hall is the CEO of Inspired Community Enterprise Trust Ltd, trading as The Usual Place, a training provider which offers young people with additional support needs employability skills and opportunities in the Hospitality, Front of House, Retail and Facilities Services sectors.

Career Overview

Hall first became CEO of Inspired Community Enterprise Trust in 2013, developing and overseeing its offering for young people with additional support needs and helping enhance their career prospects.

Hall holds a BA in Nursing Studies and is qualified as a registered nurse, and has completed a Masters’ Degree in Social Care Management and Non-Profit/Public/Organisational Management.

In September 2020, Hall appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on her career to date.
