Grace Graham is founder and director of Keep It Simple Training Company [KISTC], a provider of bespoke training services that help create anti-racist work environments and delivers CPD certified online courses.

Grace is a member of the apprenticeships and business development team at New City College and is a guest panellist at university events concerning issues of diversity, inclusion and business leadership. She is also the Federation of Small Business [FSB] Diversity & Inclusion lead for the Greater London Region.

Career Overview

Grace is a member of the apprenticeships and business development team at New City College and is a guest panelist at university events concerning issues of diversity, inclusion and business leadership. In January 2022, Grace appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on her career to date.

Education

Grace is an alumna of Middlesex University, where she completed a BA in Communication Studies and Music, graduating in 1998. 

She later attended the University of East London, attaining a MSc in Coaching Psychology in 2013.
