Fiona Bradley is the founder of Sage Qualifications, an accredited qualifications provider established in 2008.

Since Bradley established Sage Qualifications, the company has worked in partnership with awarding bodies and professional bodies to create and build a unique accredited qualification programme that aligns skills and knowledge of computerised accounting software with accounting principles and practice.

Career Overview

Since Bradley established Sage Qualifications, the company has worked in partnership with awarding bodies and professional bodies to create and build a unique accredited qualification programme that aligns skills and knowledge of computerised accounting software with accounting principles and practice, to create both classroom and remote accredited qualifications that are recognised by employers.

As well as working in qualifications, Bradley has a background in retail floristry and coaching. Since 1987, she has worked with SMEs as a business advisor and trainer. From 2007, Bradley also began working with PERA as a high-growth business coach, helping firms improve their performance. Elsewhere, she worked for four years as a non-executive director for the Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust.

In 2022, Bradley was recognised by the International Association of Bookkeepers with the Innovation in Education Award. In the same year, Bradley appeared on the Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on her career to date.

In 2008, Fiona Bradley founded accredited qualifications provider Sage Qualifications to provide an income for her and her children after a difficult experience with divorce. After many years of working all hours and having her laptop screen open in the evenings in an effort to get her business up and running, not only has she built a thriving company, but also secured the International Association of Bookkeepers’ [IAB] award for Innovation in Education in the year 2022.
