Career Overview

Angela has headed up Pathfinders since its inception in 2008. Under her leadership, the care provider has gone from being a start-up based on a disused mining site to a fully operational care company, which offers 24/7 care and a home to adults of working age with complex physical nursing rehabilitation needs.

Throughout her time leading the business, Angela has sought to maintain high levels of consistency of care. To do this, she has ensured the following of best employment practices to keep staff turnover low and absence levels down, which includes an emphasis on training and career development.

In May 2022, Angela appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on her career to date.
