What is The Leaders Council?
The Leaders Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland brings together the most influential figures from across the country. Through detailed case studies, news coverage, podcasts and leadership events, we are able to unearth the authentic voice of British industry.
Every member of the Leaders Council promises to adhere to our code of conduct, which outlines their commitment to fair leadership and good business practices.
Who is eligible to become a member?
To become a member of the Leaders Council you must hold a leadership position. You must have a strong track record of leadership experience, you must be willing to commit to our code of conduct (see 'About' section) and you must be willing to share your insight with others. Prospective members can apply via our website.
What happens if a member breaks the code of conduct?
Any potential breaches of the code of conduct are thoroughly investigated. If a member has been found to break the code, they will have their membership revoked.
How is the Leaders Council funded?
The Leaders Council is entirely independent. It is 100% funded by our members.
How long does the membership last?
The membership is renewed annually.
What is the Leaders Council Podcast?
Every episode of the Leaders Council Podcast looks at leadership from a new angle. Hosts Jonathan White and Matthew O'Neill typically sit down with a Leaders Council member and a notable leadership figure from politics, business or sport to discuss both the universalities and specificities of leadership in the twenty-first century.
