Her dedication to championing the sector is evident through her extensive tenure as a tutor with the CIPP since 2018. Currently serving as the Director of Pay and Reward at PPHE Group, Ana's leadership acumen is poised to enhance the discussions within the board.Brian Sparling, a recognised figure in the industry, brings a wealth of experience garnered from his tenure with prominent brands like Dayforce, TSB Bank, JD Wetherspoon, and BSkyB. His track record of delivering excellence in payroll and systems, coupled with his advocacy for best practices, renders him a valuable addition to the board.Lara Smart, boasting over 15 years of experience in the payroll landscape, is revered for her high-level consultancy skills and problem-solving prowess.
