Plans for the proposed redevelopment of an existing largely derelict brownfield site at Colnbrook-by-Pass near London Heathrow Airport could help provide a simple solution to ease the housing crisis and provide accommodation for those displaced from Ukraine and seeking shelter in the UK, a business leader has said.
This significant opportunity seeks to benefit from its proximity to the surrounding areas of Heathrow Airport and the nearby industrial areas, to provide residential accommodation to respond to the local housing demand for the surrounding area and capitalising on the vast employment opportunities across a key economic zone.

The proposal would see around 250 modular residential units and ancillary commercial and retail areas developed to provide amenities including a gym, food and beverage and retail outlets for local residents and occupiers.
