In today’s leadership roundup, RDT come in for praise, Axia ASD promote The Autism Show, Andrew Maskery outlines its commitment to Covid-19 best practice, and Kingsfleet Wealth puts the ‘K’ in Suffolk.

RDT

Landscape, the market-leading general insurance platform developed by insurance software specialists RDT has come in for praise from one of its most important customers.

Describing how the platform helped his organisation adapt to working from home, Paul Twilley, claims director of Mulsanne, said:

‘We were able to move to remote working quickly and successfully. Landscape allowed us to reallocate tasks to within the department easily during the period of setting up the work-from-home facility for all claims staff. During this period we maintained SLAs, and no backlogs occurred.

‘Landscape is very user-friendly. It’s highly effective for us as managers to use to track our staff’s productivity and ensure tasks are being completed in line with our client’s SLA. Prior to the implementation of Landscape in 2013 we were entirely paper-based. It seems like a lifetime ago, we were pushing vast amounts of paper around our business, so it’s been a massive sea change and it’s worked very well for us.

Axia ASD

Axia ASD has announced their continued support for The Autism Show 2020: Webinar Week, which will take place from 12th-17th October. The website of the Cheshire-based organisation, which supports adults and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, has featured an open invitation from Carol Povey, director of the National Autistic Society. Across the week there will be over thirty hours of online learning, designed to help people through this difficult period.

Andrew Maskery

The Suffolk-based livestock care and agricultural supplies company have committed to a stringent set of policies in order to keep the show on the road. As such, all of their drivers are carrying alcohol hand gel at all times. The drivers will cleanse their hands between each delivery. They are keeping their main store open but are requesting that customers place an order over the phone where possible. They are disinfecting their vans on a daily basis. And they are making arrangements with customers for deliveries to be kept in a safe place to avoid the need for direct contact.

Kingsfleet Wealth

Staying in East Anglia, Kingsfleet Wealth can once again proudly say that they put the ‘K’ in Suffolk.

Every year, St Elizabeth’s Hospice puts on a Suffolk Remembers event for people to come together to remember the loved ones they have lost. This year, the event was held as a virtual service. It included a pre-recorded video from Ipswich Town Hall with 280 candles spread across the seven letters of the word ‘Suffolk’. As they have done in previous years, Kingfleet Wealth sponsored the letter K.
