Specialist driver recruitment agency Driver Require has been shortlisted in three categories at the 2021 Recruiter Awards.

The nominations have rightly come as a source of immense pride for Driver Require’s senior leadership team and the entire business, who have raised the bar during an unprecedented 12 months of operating under Covid-19 restrictions.

Company CEO Kieran Smith, who has demonstrated exceptional leadership during the last year and steadfastly steered the company through troubled waters, has received a nomination for the Agency Leader of the Year award.

Driver Require’s Marketing and Social Media Team has been shortlisted in the Best Recruitment Agency Marketing Team category, for their continued innovation and increasing of brand awareness via a multitude of channels, reaching both existing and new audiences through new use of technology during lockdown.

Meanwhile, the entire Driver Require company has been nominated for the Best Small Recruitment Agency award, with the business’ entire team having worked tirelessly to ensure drivers have remained on the roads and delivered goods during the health crisis.

We at The Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland would like to wish all at Driver Require the very best of luck . The winners will be revealed on September 23, 2021 at the Recruiter Awards 2021 awards night at JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London.
