The Small Works Division will specialise in providing maintenance programmes for the education, healthcare and commercial sectors, in the shape of one-to-five-year costed roofing maintenance programmes carried out on behalf of building surveyors, schools and estate managers.
More broadly, Acclaim’s services cover flat roofs, pitched roofs, built-up roof systems, liquid coatings, roof maintenance and building services.
Joint managing director, Ian Duggan, was delighted with the launch, and believes that it will help accelerate Acclaim’s mission to work hand-in-hand with building surveyors and educational institutions on future Condition Improvement Fund bids to rejuvenate school buildings.
Duggan said: “We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Small Works Division. This arm of our business will complement our work in collaboration with building surveyors, schools and multi-academy trust schools on future Condition Improvement Fund [CIF] bids for 2022.”
