Tracy Clark is a multiplier mindset and leadership coach, helping empower business owners to become multipliers and transform their leadership, performance and results.
Before embarking on her coaching career, Tracy established a background in the events sector, working for the oil and gas industry. She began working with the CWC Group, the oil and gas industry’s leading events organiser, in 2001 as a producer and project manager.
After four years, Tracy was appointed head of conference and joined the CWC board. After a successful four-year stint in the position, helping grow the company’s portfolio of conferences, Tracy became managing director in 2009.
Tracy was MD for 11 years, overseeing major successes including two Queen’s Awards for International Trade. In a period of five years, she increased the company’s profits by over 450 per cent and the company was successfully sold on to another business in 2020.
In 2016, during the final four years of her career with the CWC Group, Tracy launched her own coaching business, under the eponymous name of ‘Tracy Clark Coaching and Consulting’.
Tracy works with founders and entrepreneurs to challenge and expand their thinking, which leads to them becoming empowered to create outstanding commercial results and disrupt markets.
In September 2022, Tracy appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on her career to date.
