Khin Nadarajah (pictured) is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Venus Healthcare, a specialist healthcare provider that owns and operates care homes in the Greater London area.

Sri Nadarajah is the co-founder of Venus Healthcare.

Dr Ramesh Nadarajah is a medical practitioner and the chief medical director.

John Yip is the group chief operating officer.

Sri Nadarajah is a director at City Rivergate Ltd, the holding entity for London-based specialist residential care provider, Venus Healthcare Homes.

Career Overview

Under Nadarajah’s leadership, City Rivergate and Venus Healthcare have become renowned for adopting a progressive attitude to residential care, underpinned by a person-centred approach that has enabled it to meet the individual needs of its service users to the highest possible standard. 

As well as the care sector, Nadarajah’s business career has also seen him involved in construction, management consultancy, real estate, and residential property management.
