All Plumbing Services
Russell Arundell is the managing director at All Plumbing Services, a provider of general plumbing and heating installation services based in Newbury, Berkshire.
Russell founded All Plumbing Services back in 1997, after having gained significant experience in the industry.
Prior to launching his own company, Russell cut his teeth working for a maintenance company and emergency plumbing company, with his stints at each providing him with both skills and vital know-how. He felt compelled to set up his own company during the 1990s after feeling he could raise the bar in customer service standards and the quality of work, compared to other businesses. Under his leadership, All Plumbing Services has secured an excellent rate of client retention thanks to its determination to carry out work to the highest possible standards.
During the early days of the business, its beginnings were most humble with Russell borrowing his father’s vehicle to travel between jobs, until after reinvesting money into the company he was able to purchase his own business van. The hiring of the company’s first employee followed soon after, and the company quickly grew. After having to scale back for a period, the business expanded again in 2017 to continue to make the most of its presence in the market, local community and online.
Between September 2017 and September 2018, All Plumbing Services’ turnover grew by an astonishing 300 per cent.
