K-two Sales Ltd
Robbie Polson is the managing director at K-Two Sales Ltd, a family-run business first founded in the 1980s which manufactures high-quality farm machinery.
Robbie Polson has been managing director of K-Two Sales, based in Thame, Oxfordshire, since October 2018. It is the only UK-based manufacturer to offer a full range of both muck spreaders and trailers. Polson briefly worked for K-Two earlier in his career, as a sales demonstrator between March 2011 and June 2012.
Since 2019, Polson has also been MD of Warwick Trailers Ltd, and balances the demands of the role with his duties at K-Two.
Polson comes from a farming background, having started out with MacLeod Farms and G&K Peakell in Australia before spending seven months with Greens of Soham in Cambridgeshire, his first UK role, before his first stint with K-Two.
Polson has also held managerial roles with other businesses, spending four years as UK sales manager at Nugent Engineering and nine months as southern sales manager at Sumo UK. He spent just under two years as lamb account manager for Hilton Foods UK before re-joining K-Two in 2018.
In October 2020, Polson appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on his career to date.
