A proven track record
Before her time with Morgan Stanley and Johnson Controls, Rekha made her name with GE Corporate in the 1990s and early 2000s as a statistician and then a Six Sigma Leader. She was appointed vice president of the Six Sigma division of GE Fanuc in 2001. She remained director of Six Sigma until 2006, before moving into the Corporate Planning division of Tyco International, the firm which purchased Six Sigma in 2004.
In 2007, Rekha moved on to spend two years with ADT Security Services in an Area General Manager and then Regional Director role. In October 2009, she then crossed over to ADT's Global Operations division where she served as vice president for business development.
2011 then saw Rehka move onto pastures new, in the shape of a regional manager's role with SimplexGrinnell. She would remain there until March 2015, when she moved to Tyco Fire Protection Products. While there, she occupied the role of vice president and general manager for Water and Mechanical Segment. She remained in post until 2021, balancing the role with her responsibilities at Johnson Controls. She relinquished both posts to take up her current capacity at Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners.
