Career Overview

Fleri founded Specialist Security in 2001 and has overseen its growth into one of Wales’ largest providers of professional security services to the private and public sector.

Fleri has sat on the board of Wales & West Housing since 2012 and, having been the chair of the Probity and Audit Committee, she now chairs their subsidiary maintenance company, Cambria.

Fleri is an active member of the CBI Wales Council and sits on the Security Guarding Section committee of the British Security Industry Association.

In July 2020, Fleri appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing leadership and its impact on her career to date.
