Following its 2018 foundation, Private Goodness has provided training to companies based in Asia, Africa, America, the Middle East and Europe, and won two International CSR Excellence Awards both in 2019 and 2020.

Olga is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a CSR & Sustainability trainer at the London School of Public Relations.

Outside of her work, she is a trustee of equality & diversity charity Donne and a non-executive director of My Pickle, a Glasgow-based Community Interest Company.

She also volunteers for Radical Recruit, an employability charity.

Olga has a history of working for regional and national charities and has managed corporate responsibility partnerships with more than 100 entities. These range from major banks such as Goldman Sachs, Barclays and the Bank of New York Mellon to major international law firms.

Olga is also a proficient public speaker and has delivered talks on access to justice and ethics at the Royal Courts of Justice, the House of Lords, the Global Woman Club, and the Impact Hub.

In September 2022, Olga appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on her career to date.
