Director and founder at MyTAG, MyTAG
Mike George is the director and founder of MyTAG,an innovation partner which specialises in technology solutions for facilities and property management.
Mike George is a hands-on business developer, specialised in building and improving products and services in the multinational corporate community. During his career, he has been instrumental in developing and implementing numerous successful IT solutions and services.
In his earlier career, George has occupied senior roles at a number of firms including Affinity Marketing Group in Germany, AON Warranty Group in Amsterdam and London, Toyota Insurance Management and Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Europe.
George established MyTAG in 2012 after identifying the benefits that Near Field Communication [NFC] could bring business and industry. MyTAG’s flexible, cloud-based software is capable of providing solutions within any processes where management oversight or service delivery needs to be evidenced, recorded, escalated or rectified. MyTAG's exception-based approach also ensures that any non-conformances to equipment/process audits and compliance routines are escalated to process owners.
In October 2020, George appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on his career to date.
