Luke Herridge is the Operations Director at Total QSR, a leading commercial catering equipment company and a service agent for many blue-chip firms. Total QSR pride themselves on first time fix and keeping their clients open for business.
Luke Herridge started working for Total QSR in 2015 and progressed to become the Operation Director. Total QSR have been based in Melksham since 1989 originally known as MSK, Total QSR are proud of their company history and in recent years have seen many changes such as renovations at their headquarters and system upgrades, this has been helped by the company's growth adding additional contracts which has seen the company go from strength to strength.
Luke appeared in the 2019 Parliamentary review along side Sarah Kirby Total QSR's Commercial Director and they spoke about Total QSR's first time fix levels with their passion of keeping you open for business, along with the high standards they expect of their engineering teams.
Luke is an experienced Director Of Operations with a demonstrated history of working in the facilities services industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Operations Management, Sales, Facility Management (FM), Management and is a strong operations professional.
