Single-handedly, Jenny created a business community that became loyal to both Cross Productions and Niche Magazines products and events in no more than 18 months. With the ability to visualise how something might work, a new concept, idea or event, and within no time would be able to start implementing the process.
Jenny is incredibly hands-on within the community exerting her expertise to enhance local projects, supporting charities and connecting organisations across the region. Breaking down barriers and challenges in her way, her ‘nothing can stop me’ mindset is infectious. Jenny’s innovative thinking pay off as she leads her own successful marketing business that has grown exponentially over the year.
Jenny has worked with start-up companies through to global household brands building strategic marketing campaigns that support the businesses plans for growth. Responsible for placing more than 2.5 million pounds of marketing spend back into the UK economy, Jenny works with her clients to accomplish their most ambitious marketing goals. She is dedicated to achieving the highest quality work whilst maintaining the environment that fosters creativity, enthusiasm and the constant pursuit of new ideas by her employees.
As well as heading up Cross Productions and Niche Magazine, Jenny is also active as an official mentor for the Virgin Start Up Business program and works as a strategic adviser to the academic marketing department at De Montfort University in Leicester and Is an entrepreneur In residence at the same Institution. She Is also a mentor for Crucible, which Is comprised of De Montfort graduates who have gone on to launch their own businesses.
Jenny Is also the East Midlands area lead for The Federation of Small Businesses and sits on the board for local charity FOCUS. She Is also responsible for the East Midlands branch of the Real Entrepreneurs Club.
