Career Overview

Jane has been Managing Director of the firm since 2005. Its products today are predominantly used by the automotive industry, and its Flexoid® trade name is recognised and renowned by the industry worldwide.

In June 2020, Jane appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on her career to date.


Jane earned her MSc in Professional Practice of International Trade in 2015. She also holds an MSc in Study of Security Management from Leicester Scarman Centre, from which she graduated in 2001.

Public Sector Work

Before she joined Jointine, Jane spent 19-and-a-half years working in the public sector for the Department for Work & Pensions, where she served as a Higher Executive Officer in Lincolnshire from 1985 to late 2004.
