High View Oast Care Home
Indi Toot is the managing director of UV Care Group, a care provider which encompasses four care homes based on the Isle of Thanet and in Canterbury. including Ramsgate’s Keele House, Broadstairs’ Kent House, Treetops in Margate, and High View Oast in Canterbury.
Coming from an entrepreneurial family, Toot’s first foray into the care sector came with the acquisition of Ramsgate’s Keele House Care Home in 2016. Then a single operator, his reach in the industry expanded with the purchase of Kent House in Broadstairs in 2017 and Margate’s Treetops Care Home in 2018.
After February 2019 saw High View Oast Care Home in Canterbury come under his ownership, Toot rebranded his provider as UV Care Group, inspired from the name of his son, Yuvi.
To date, UV Care Group is a family run-business focused on core values and mission statement to strive for continuous and never-ending improvement in its service.
In September 2020, Toot appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on his career to date.
