Career Overview
Felix Marufu has been the director of Flexi Coventry since it was founded in 2012. With over 15 years of experience at the director level working at a number of care oganisation. Marufu is passionate about providing the best possible care workers to those who need them at short notice and this permeates across the work of Flexi Coventry.
In June 2020, Marufu appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on his career to date.
Education
Marufu is a graduate of Coventry University, where he attained a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science: Mental and Social Health Services and Allied Professions.
