Career Overview
David is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with decades of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. After starting his career in the 1980s with Marconi Instruments, as its worldwide sales and marketing manager, he went on to establish his own business, Cirris Solutions [now Combined Test Solutions] in 1989. The Cirris name change came about after the business joined forces with two other major players in the cable harness testing industry, in order to deliver the full spectrum of test equipment to UK customers.
After many successful years of running CTS, David opened his second business, Overmould, in 2005, before establishing Ball Electronics in 2018.
In May 2022, David appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on his career to date.
