David Liddle is the CEO of the TCM [Total Conflict Management] Group, an award-winning provider of negotiation, mediation, investigation and leadership development services and training to UK and global companies.

Career Overview

Liddle has been at the forefront of conflict management, mediation, employee relations and leadership best practice for over 25 years. In the early 1990s, he established the Leicestershire Mediation Service, one of the first community mediation schemes in the UK. In 2001, having been awarded an MBA with Distinction, Liddle then established The TCM Group.

Liddle is a published author. He released his latest book in 2021, titled Transformational Culture, and has set up another business venture in the form of the Mediation Company, which aims to help small business owners resolve disputes without going to court.

In September 2020, Liddle appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on his career to date.
