Artjom has played an invaluable role in helping build the UK transit media market from the ground-up during his career. Starting out working as an accountancy assistant and in hospitality while studying for his Economics degree, Artjom later began working as an operations project manager for @TeeApex in 2014, an Estonia-based business. 

While working for @TeeApex, Artjom gained valuable experience leading cross-functional teams on enterprise-wide initiatives relating to new market development and international expansion.

Following a brief stint working with Nestle in 2015, Artjom joined Tesla in its sales and business development department, where he helped expand its UK business operations. It was in the same year that he first established the Adverttu business, balancing the development of the company with his role at Tesla before leaving in 2017 to focus on his own venture full-time.

In his role as head of Adverttu, Artjom is chiefly responsible for strategy, vision and operations. Since 2019, he has invested in the data & AI and energy spheres through the Verv and Resilience Energy Technology companies.

Aside from his work, Artjom helps University of Greenwich Business School students to bring their ideas to market by working with them as a mentor on the university’s Gre Start-Up programme.

In October 2021, Artjom appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on his career to date.
