In this session we will look at how you can approach difficult conversations and agree a way forward without getting an unwanted response.

Often we have a to-do list that will include the need for a conversation that is going to be tough. It is much easier to just not bother, complete the rest of the list and hope that the situation will resolve itself.

Leaving these things unsaid has a knock-on effect to relationships and performance. In this session we will look at how you can approach difficult subjects without getting an unwanted response and agree a way forward.
