Malcolm Last is founder and partner of Chassy+Last Architects, an award winning practice with over 30 years' experience in urban planning, architecture and interior design.

Career Overview

Malcolm founded the business in 1988 and alongside partner Jill Facer, has overseen the growth of the company which is now supported by 15 employees, with a turnover of £1.2 million. 

The work of the practice has been published throughout Europe, Japan, the United States and Australia. Alongside the focus on mixed-use residential buildings, Chassay+Last Architects also complete private housing projects and conduct a lot of work in the fields of sustainable construction and urban planning.

Education

Malcolm holds a Master of Arts degree in Environmental Design from the Royal College of Art.
