Alice Early is the headteacher at Kings Hill School, a community primary school in West Malling, Kent.

Career Overview

Originally from an equity research background, Alice has been in the teaching profession since 2002 when she started teaching at St Thomas More RC Primary School in Eltham, London. After a successful first four years in teaching, Alice then took up the deputy headship at Joydens Wood Infant School in Bexley [2006-2008], before becoming deputy head at Bishop Ridley CE Primary School in Welling [2008-2012].

Alice’s first headship came in 2012, when she took the helm at Churchill CE Primary School in Kent. She remained in the role for three years before joining Kings Hill School in 2015. 

Alice studied at Royal Holloway, University of London between 1995 and 1998, graduating with a BSc in Management Studies. She completed a PGCE in Education at the University of Greenwich from 2001 to 2002.
